Below are some tools you might need at some point for troubleshooting or simply to replace files that you might have lost due to reformatting your voice recorder. Please note that you need to refer to your PDF guide to use these. If you are not sure, please contact us to get further instructions.
Tools and Utilities:
- Time Stamping Utility: SetTime (can only be used on Windows computers) for USB voice recorder models like VR1.0, VR2.0, D-VRMP1. Please download it here. It needs to be copied onto the root of your drive. For example, if your voice recorder is Drive E: on your computer, the SetTime folder should be: E:\SetTime.
- Firmware flash tool: This is the tool you need for flashing the memory on various voice recorder models. This is used for models like: VR1.0, VR2.0, D-VRMP1, dBR-D1. Please download it here.
